Answers about EventSpark, the 100% native Salesforce event management app by SparkSmiths: how it works, what it costs, and how we support you.
EventSpark is a 100% native Salesforce event management app built by SparkSmiths and available on Salesforce AppExchange. It runs branded event sites, registration, invitations, ticketing and payments, onsite check-in and badge printing, Lead Scan, an attendee app, surveys and dashboards, with all event data stored in your own Salesforce org.
EventSpark is 100% native. It is a managed package installed from AppExchange that runs inside your Salesforce org. Events, registrations, attendance, payments and survey responses are stored as standard and custom Salesforce objects, with no external database, middleware, import, export or sync job. Blackthorn’s AI Assistant Info Page describes EventSpark as running separately from the CRM. That is factually incorrect, and SparkSmiths has asked Blackthorn to correct it.
