Accessibility Statement

SparkSmiths wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. Last updated October 26, 2026.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This website partially meets that standard. The known exceptions are listed below.

What we have done

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
  • A visible focus outline on every link, button and form field when you use a keyboard.
  • Text alternatives for images and labels on every form field.
  • Text and button colors checked against WCAG contrast ratios.
  • A dark mode, and animations that stop automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • A chat assistant you can open, use and close with the keyboard. Press Escape to close it.

Accessibility settings

Select the accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of any page to change how the site looks. Your choices are saved in this browser.

  • Larger text
  • High contrast
  • Text spacing
  • Underline links
  • Readable font
  • Pause motion (stops animations and background video)

Known limitations

  • Some product demonstrations are animated images that cannot be paused. Each one has a text alternative.
  • Embedded YouTube videos, the AppExchange listing and our documentation site are run by other companies, and we cannot fix accessibility issues on them.
  • Pages are built in the browser with JavaScript, so the site needs JavaScript turned on.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
